Marketing Aftermath Reports
Marketing Aftermath will show you the reporting at a glance. To the left is the Summary screen you will see, a bar graph as explained below.
Submitted: Total emails that were submitted for the send.
Sent: Total number of emails that were sent.
Unsent: Total number of email addresses that were not sent due to being a duplicate, invalid or opted-out email address.
Bounced: How many email addresses were bounced due to invalid email addresses or domain names.
Unique Opens: Number of individuals that have opened up an email. Individuals are only counted once per email sent out if they opened it.
Unique Clicks: Number of links that an individual clicked on; an individual can only count once per link within an email.
Total Clicks: Total number of times any of the links were clicked on within any of the emails sent out. An individual’s clicks on a link will count more than once.
Forwarded by SPE: Number of times the link, “Forward to a Friend”, at the bottom of your email was clicked on.
Viewed as Web Page: Number of times the link, “View as a Web page”, at the bottom of a your email was clicked on. People usually click on this link because they are receiving the email as plain text with no graphics due to email settings.
